Legal documents and salacious allegations criss-crossed last week as hearings proceeded in the death of model/actress/TV personality Anna Nicole Smith. Her lawyer/lover, Howard K. Stern has been charged along with two of her doctors with felony conspiracy to furnish drugs to Smith and prescribing, administering or dispensing a controlled substance to an addict (Smith.) Eleven prescriptions were found in her hotel room following her death in February 2007, all apparently signed by her psychiatrist, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich.
Also found at that time were a number of photos showing Dr. Eroshevich sharing a bathtub and “various intimate embraces” with Smith. Clearly this was not a conventional doctor/patient relationship. Eroshevich claims she was a friend/neighbor of Smith’s before their friendship evolved into a medical relationship. No comment was forthcoming in regard to the lesbian photographs, which were found on a computer in Smith’s hotel room.
The other doctor charged, Sandeep Kapoor was also accused of having a physical relationship with his buxomy patient. This would be a true testament to the sex appeal of the woman who was the widow of 90-year-old John Howard Marshall III, as Dr. Kapoor claims to be gay.
These are in addition to earlier allegations that Stern was involved in a homosexual relationship with one of Smith’s other boyfriends, Larry Birkhead. DNA tests established that Birkhead fathered a child with Smith that had once been claimed by Stern as his daughter.
Stern and the doctors have all pleaded “not guilty” and face a hearing October 5.

When lovers quarrel on the social media, it’s a cross between a tweet and a spat. Over the past few hours, the tweet-fangs have been bared as Lindsay Lohan seems to be accusing her now-once-more girlfriend DJ Samantha Ronson of “cheats” and rudely referring to her as “gross.”

In honor of the 400th anniversary of the visit of Henry Hudson to New York Harbor, The Museum of the City of New York has compiled a list of the 400 “ultimate movers and shakers since the city’s founding.” Their list includes at least 36 people who are known to have been Lesbian, Gay, or Bisexual. No doubt, many more of the 400 were, but kept more quiet about their sexual orientation, particularly in earlier centuries. In an interview with Australia’s Woman’s Day magazine, a medical worker claims he enjoyed a love affair with Michael Jackson during the weeks before the pop star’s death. Jason Pfeiffer, 35, works for Dr. Arnold Klein, Jackson’s dermatologist, long-time gay friend, and possible biological father to some of Jackson’s children.
Pfeiffer claims he and Jackson began their affair after he was asked to drive Jackson home. They then met “many times” at Jackson’s rented home or Klein’s office.
“I’ve lost my soul mate, it’s very hard to describe the loss I feel but there is something that is empty in my heart.”
Brad Pitt has extended his promise to delay marrying Angelina Jolie until “everyone else in the country who wants to be married is legally able,” referring to laws against same-sex marriage. Now, in an apparent reference to George Clooney, Pitt has narrowed that down to “until George and his partner can legally do so.” Rumors of bisexuality have long circulated around the bachelor movie star, who is very good natured about such things.

A new biography of the King of Pop, written by Ian Halperin, will include revelations about Michael Jackson’s private life. Halperin made headlines last December when he claimed Jackson had perhaps six months to live.
It will surprise few people to learn that Michael Jackson was gay. What may be surprising is Halperin’s contention that Jackson, while interested in younger men, had little sexual interest in the underage boys who were the subject of lawsuits, criminal trials, and multimillion dollar settlements during the pop star’s life. In an article in Britain’s Daily Mail, Halperin claims to have spoken with two men who made convincing claims of affairs with Jackson.
“It is clear to me that Michael was homosexual and that his taste was for young men, albeit not as young as Jordan Chandler or Gavin Arvizo. In the course of my investigations, I spoke to two of his gay lovers, one a Hollywood waiter, the other an aspiring actor. The waiter had remained friends, perhaps more, with the singer until his death last week. He had served Jackson at a restaurant, Jackson made his interest plain and the two slept together the following night. According to the waiter, Jackson fell in love.”
“Other witnesses speak of strings of young men visiting his house at all hours, even in the period of his decline. Some stayed overnight. When Jackson lived in Las Vegas, one of his closest aides told how he would sneak off to a ‘grungy, rat-infested’ motel – often dressed as a woman to disguise his identity – to meet a male construction worker he had fallen in love with.”
Halperin’s biography, The Final Years Of Michael Jackson, is due out in Canada later this week, and will be published soon in US and UK. His other books include Love & Death focusing on the last days of Kurt Cobain.

Blogger/Beauty Pageant Judge Perez Hilton found himself under attack in Toronto early this morning, following the Much Music Awards show. A phone call to the cops was followed by a frantic series of tweets:
I’m in shock. I need the police ASAP. Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please.
I was assaulted by Will.i.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.

will.i.am has opened his own Twitter account to respond to Perez:

Later will.i.am posted response videos in which he accuses an unknown fan of assaulting Hilton.
“I was the one that came to him with respect, and he was the one who called me a faggot outside the club,” will.i.am says in the video.
“Sounds like somebody wants mad attention and is not really concerned about his health. Shame on you, shame on your behavior, and that’s just messed up.”
UPDATE 2: The Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) has issued a statement calling on Hilton to apologize for using an anti-gay slur during the altercation. Hilton has so far refused to apologize and instead has criticized GLAAD, telling TMZ, “I am saddened GLAAD chose to victimize me further by criticizing me for how I non-violently dealt with a very scary situation that, unfortunately, turned violent.” No excuses, Perez.
